Alick joined Axis Mason in 2003 and as an Associate Director has a particular responsibility for the inception, concept design and master-planning of major projects undertaken by the practice.

 

In his time with Axis Mason, Alick has taken a lead role on several large scale projects including the L’Hermitage Retirement Development, St Helier Waterfront Master Plan, Castle Quay and Liberty Wharf in Jersey, preparing initial feasibility and concept design proposals, massing and building study options, detailed architectural designs and planning submissions.

 

He has recently led the planning stage designs for Liberty Wharf Phases 3 and 4 Office Developments and is currently leading the project team for the detailed design stages of the Image, a mixed use development in Hemel Hempstead.

 

Alick’s experience in early project design and planning enables him to take a more strategic view of the design process, to quickly prepare and evaluate alternative concepts and to develop these into practical, efficient building solutions.
