Who you are

A Communications & Administrative Coordinator who will join our London team. You will oversee the internal and external communications at Axis Mason, whilst providing some administrative support for all five studios.
You will have experience within a similar role, preferably within the architecture or construction industry.

What you will be doing

  • Define and maintain our social media strategy, with the aim to increase our followers.
  • Curating people and project content for external communications on our social media (LinkedIn and Instagram).
  • Engage with our digital community.
  • Overseeing our website, including updating content.
  • Creating content for external online or print publications.
  • Engaging our team with our social media posts.
  • Coordination with our team to curate people and project content for external communications.
  • Supporting the marketing team on strategy and execution of content.
  • Organisation of Internal events.
  • Support all five studios on some administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with recruitment.
  • Maintaining systems.
  • Ordering studio supplies.

What you will need

  • Motivated, ambitious, and accountable.
  • Good team spirit and communications skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of WordPress is desirable but not essential.

We are looking for Architects to join our Jersey team.

About The Opportunities:

Our fast growing department for landscape is engaged in a number of transformative residential regeneration projects as well as commissions for sport, tourism, health and education. We work in both the private and public sector and deliver projects from concept design through to construction and handover. To this end you will work as part of a diverse and highly skilled team collaborating with colleagues across all our studios and providing support and advice to a wide range of clients.

What you will need

  • Degree qualification(s).
  • At least 3 years experience.
  • Motivated, ambitious, and accountable.
  • Good design and presentation skills.
  • Good technical knowledge and detailing ability.
  • Strong understanding of construction detailing and delivery of work packages.
  • Ability to work across all RIBA stages.
  • Good team spirit and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in: AutoCad and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, etc)
  • Beneficial: Revit, Keyscape.
  • UK project experience beneficial.
