The redevelopment of No 8 + 9 Esplanade and No 10 Commercial Street in St Helier, Jersey is underway…
This unique project combines existing listed elements with proposed modern office accommodation. The development has two key aspects: retaining and refurbishing the grade 4 listed façade at No.9 Esplanade, the stand-alone grade 2 listed warehouse building at No.10 Commercial Street and constructing a new façade for No.8 Esplanade. The proposed 5 storey office development will connect the Esplanade to Commercial Street and will feature an internal urban garden promoting improved daylighting and user experience.
The proposed scheme has been developed and reviewed with the Jersey Architectural Commission and a local historic buildings consultant.
