Axis Mason have submitted a planning application seeking to revitalise the Clare House office building. The proposals for a contemporary and sustainable residential development will regenerate and repair a brownfield site in a residential area. Streetscape enhancements include the removal of a vehicular exit on Clare St, wider pavements, street level private terraces and a high-quality new building that will add to the character and quality of Clare Street and Aquila Road. Spacious homes, near St. Helier’s town centre, will be centred around an ecologically diverse landscaped area, rooftop terraces and children’s play space for the health and wellbeing of all future residents.
