Axis Mason was approached by Polygon Group, to assist Jersey-based IT firm Calligo in their relocation to the F3 building in St. Helier, in the summer of 2015.

The building was already host to several “tech” enterprises and initiatives. Calligo’s move into the fourth-floor space was to complete the buildings occupancy and form a “Tech Hub” site in central St Helier.

The tenants brief was to create an ‘anti-office’ for their individual needs. Global tech giants Google, Microsoft, Facebook and the like, initiated the “anti-office” design movement. The successes these pioneers have demonstrated is causing more people to embrace the idea that creative and flexible work is best achieved in a creative and flexible work environment – one feature of this anti-office fit out is the inclusion of coloured mood lighting throughout the space, controlled via remote.
