The extensive regeneration of a 4.4-acre brownfield site in the prominent urban core of the City of Salford, Greater Manchester. At the time it was the tallest precast structure in Europe.

We designed and delivered Chapel Wharf, a new destination for high-quality, sustainable living to form a new riverside urban quarter.  Consisting of four similar yet distinct elements arranged around a communal podium courtyard, the mixed-use scheme consists of four residential blocks of up to 22 storeys high with commercial and retail units.

The Design provides a varied mix of highly efficient floor plan schemes and the standardisation of components.  The development provides 995 residential dwellings, a series of retail and commercial units, ground and podium level parking in addition to an extensive landscaped public realm with shared amenity spaces.
