The defining design principle that informed this scheme was to create a fresh architectural language that stood out from the many gated residential estates in the area. This was achieved through a combination of clean lines, natural materials and a unique roof design. This worked in harmony to create well considered and efficient homes.
In addition, the use of hardwood pergolas and exposed rafters, natural stone chimneys and varied wall finishes all contributed to an integrated modern design aesthetic. The living areas internally feature high-level glazing built into the mono-pitch roof system which blurs the distinction between external and internal spaces while creating a sense of community of space and luxury.
