This new workplace for Oakglen Group, located within Jersey’s financial district, brings together the group’s teams under one roof, within an environment that reflects their professional identity while fostering openness and interaction, and providing space to support collaboration, focus and connection 

The vision was to create a workplace that balances structure with warmth, blending natural materials and subtle detailing to deliver a calm and refined working environment. The design encourages visibility and communication across teams while offering moments of privacy and focus through a variety of work settings. 

Timber ceiling rafts bring structure and warmth to the interior, while feature carpet tiles and subtle accents of colour define zones and guide movement through the open plan. Existing furniture was incorporated to maintain continuity and make effective use of available resources. 

Private pods and shared meeting spaces provide flexibility, supporting both collaborative work and individual focus. Considered lighting and natural materials combine to create a professional and welcoming environment that promotes comfort and productivity. 

The completed workplace reflects our contemporary approach to workplace design – one that prioritises connection, adaptability, and a sense of belonging within a cohesive, elegant interior.
