Axis Mason were appointed by Sanne to assist them in their relocation to a new flagship headquarters building at IFC5 in Jersey’s financial district. Our client embraced progressive ways of working and the layout of the main working areas are predominantly open-plan.
A dedicated double-height entrance foyer and reception on the ground floor lead to the central core which allows access to the upper floors. Working with our client and the other members of the design team, we created a dynamic and efficient working environment for the employees. Punches of colour and collaborative areas help break up the open plan floors which accommodate over 300 staff. On the fifth floor is a dedicated client suite with stunning panoramic views across St.Aubins Bay.
