Our design ambition for this new workplace for Vistra in Guernsey was to breathe new life into the open-plan space. Creating a contemporary, AGILE WORKING environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork, reflects the client’s ethos, enhances team wellbeing and improves operational efficiency.
Through close collaboration with the client, we gained a deep understanding of their overall vision, key objectives and team needs. The result is a contemporary, open-plan space with intentionally placed collaboration zones and integrated biophilia partitions that promote interaction, productivity and innovation whilst enhancing the overall workplace environment.
The central breakout space is designed to function as a vibrant hub, seamlessly blending style and function. To prioritise team wellbeing, the area is flooded with natural light and designed for agile working, creating an inviting environment that encourages productivity and comfort. A client area is strategically positioned at the heart of the workplace, connected to the reception area, offering beautiful views of the surroundings and including four distinct meeting rooms. The reception area includes a distinctive curved sofa and feature pendant lighting complemented by acoustic panels to set the tone for collaborative discussions.
This project is designed to evolve alongside the progressive spirit of its occupant; a space that meets current needs and anticipates future aspirations. We are delighted with the outcome and confident that the team at Vistra will thrive in their new surroundings.
