Regeneration has a fundamental role in resolving urban challenges resulting from areas that have been subject to change.
Axis Mason embraces these challenges by utilising our multi-disciplinary team and collaborative approach, engaging with local authorities, local communities, developers and other stakeholders, to inform considered and integrated decision making. This approach helps to shape and deliver the buildings, places and spaces we design, ultimately seeking to improve the physical, social, economic and environmental conditions of any urban area we work in.
Every urban place is unique so the way we design and plan urban places is developed to respond contextually to the immediate surroundings, whilst also considering the wider context. Successful integration of the historic environment, adaptive reuse of existing buildings, new development and public realm is paramount in providing solutions which create an enduring sense of place.
Some of our featured regeneration projects are: Bath Street, Charing Cross, Leales Yard, Liberty Wharf, Old Court House and Randalls.
